Legal Entity
- Proof of ownership: valid lease agreement, purchase/sale agreement, or property deed in the name of the legal entity.
- Articles of Incorporation of the legal entity.
- Power of attorney of the legal representative: including general authority for administrative acts.
- Valid identification of the legal representative.
- Proof of address: for the property in question; it does not need to be in the name of the legal entity; no older than three months.
- Tax Status Certificate / RFC of the legal entity.
Individual
