Rehabilitation of asphalt pavement in state-owned industrial parks that currently show wear, cracking, or fatigue caused by tensile stresses generated at the base of the asphalt layer.

Wastewater treatment plant project
Wastewater Treatment Plant Project

Construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 35 L/s (expandable), delivering water in compliance with specific industrial standards of NOM and ASTM, as well as the implementation of an automated control system for efficient water monitoring and management, optimizing pumping and instrumentation, and achieving 30–40% savings in water extraction at the Chihuahua Industrial Complex.

Construction of three totems located within the Chihuahua Industrial Complex at Av. Miguel de Cervantes and Av. Tecnológico, Calle Dostoievski and Calle Rudyard Kipling, and Av. de Industrias and Av. Homero, which are the main access points to the complex.
