Automation of 10 wells across the State for 24/7 monitoring, enabling remote control and operation of key variables, as well as the automated operation of deep wells, booster pumps, cisterns, and elevated tanks.

A total of 405 photovoltaic modules of 575 watts each were installed, along with 5 inverters for grid interconnection and structural aluminum mounting systems, covering an area of 1,450 m².

Economic and environmental benefits

Estimated annual savings of $1,002,439.00 MXN, representing a 40% monthly reduction in Well 6 energy consumption, with a 5-year return on investment. Additionally, 670,399 CO₂ emissions will be avoided annually.

The new SPARK real estate development is designed to drive technological growth in the State of Chihuahua, particularly for technical and engineering centers, software development, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), as well as to promote the growth of national companies.
Located in Chihuahua South Industrial Park, near the Chihuahua International Airport, it will feature the following spaces:

• Laboratories

  An ideal option for companies that require design, prototyping, and general testing capabilities, as well as research and development across different industries.

• Open areas

  Terraces equipped for networking events or new product/service launches.

• Office spaces

  More than 20,000 square feet of fitted office and collaborative spaces to foster creativity, innovation, and business development.

• Coworking

  Designed for maximum versatility and comfort. Close to the SPARK terraces, these spaces are ideal for teamwork.

The northern part of the city hosts a large number of companies engaged in manufacturing in the automotive, aerospace, medical, and electronics sectors. To support this, a CENALTEC North facility is being built, which will become a key tool to strengthen the State’s investment attraction strategy, carried out in direct collaboration with SIDE, PRODECH, and INADET.

Executive projects are being carried out in parallel to improve the sports facilities of the Chihuahua Industrial Complex and Chihuahua South Industrial Park. These will include soccer fields, basketball courts, racquet courts, padel courts, and exercise areas for employees of these industrial parks.
Additionally, the development of a roadway called Av. Praderas de Madagascar is planned, which would connect to Av. EQUUS toward the Airport Reserve owned by PRODECH, expanding investment-attraction alternatives for the State and increasing the availability of land next to the Chihuahua International Airport.

Overall, the executive projects show 90% progress.

Rehabilitation of asphalt pavement in state-owned industrial parks that currently show fatigue, wear, and cracking caused by tensile stresses generated at the base of the asphalt layer.
The areas to be addressed in the industrial parks and industrial complex are:

• Chihuahua Industrial Complex: 62,668.27 m².
• Chihuahua South Industrial Park: 28,850.00 m².
• Airport Industrial Park: 17,700.00 m².

The project shows 95% progress.

Construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 35 L/s (expandable), delivering water in compliance with specific industrial standards of NOM and ASTM, as well as the implementation of an automated control system for efficient water monitoring and management, optimizing pumping and instrumentation, and achieving 30–40% savings in water extraction at the Chihuahua Industrial Complex.
There are 3,200 m² of land available for PTAR use and facilities within the industrial complex. Discharge line plans and composite discharge characterization are available, and the project is underway with a supplier currently listed in the State Government of Chihuahua vendor registry.

Construction of three totems located within the Chihuahua Industrial Complex at Av. Miguel de Cervantes and Av. Tecnológico, Calle Dostoyevzki and Calle Rudyard Kipling, and Av. de Industrias and Av. Homero, which are the main access points to the complex. Each totem includes a solid foundation and a metal structure, finished with high-pressure compact panel plates, signage, and an aluminum logo with illuminated details that highlight the complex entrances.
