MISSION
Promote private investment and stimulate the creation of economic development zones through real estate products, with the aim of encouraging the establishment and development of companies that generate economic growth in the state.
VISION
To be the cornerstone of the Chihuahua State investment attraction and retention strategy, conducting ourselves with integrity, transparency, and excellence, to make the state the top destination in the country for attracting investment, resulting in a better quality of life for the people of Chihuahua.
OBJECTIVES
I. Instrument and execute the state governments economic development and promotion plans and programs.
II. Foment and support the development of the economic sectors in the State with real estate products.
III. Stimulate and participate in the creation of economic development zones in the State, performing the necessary infrastructure construction works; as well as participate in the development of public support services and promote the participation of private initiatives for the establishment and exploitation of such zones.
